Dme1923 – APP Diemme Enologia

The Dme1923 APP was created to give customers the ability to remotely monitor Diemme Enology machinery on their devices (Smartphone, Tablet, etc..) and to be informed in real time with notifications on the status of work sequences, alerts, possible alarms, thus being able to quickly intervene on process parameters from their device.
The Dme1923 APP is currently available in the Play Store and APP Store. Download it at the following link:
Dme1923 – Google play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dme1923.app
Dme1923 – Apple Store: https://apps.apple.com/it/app/dme1923/id6449035284?platform=iphone
The app is developed in multilingual, and at startup the language selected on the device is recognized and set automatically. The app is available in Italian, English, French, Spanish, and German, while the panel is also translated into Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Romanian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Czech, Greek, and Portuguese. Upon request, the operator panel can be translated into other languages.
The Home page provides links to sections covering company information, history, certifications, and contacts.
The Cloud Access section allows you to log in and connect with the desired machinery.
The login credentials are issued by Diemme Enology and allow a direct, real-time connection to the machinery of interest (*).

Once logged in, it is possible to move through the menus and observe machinery behavior, consult the alarm report, the diagnostic section, with the possibility of intervening on the process parameters of the current sequence, all in compliance with safety regulations.
Access credentials to individual machines are stored and re-proposed for subsequent accesses.
Once you have logged in for the first time, you can register the device in the list of machines from which you want to receive notifications (**).
Within the Notification Management section, the devices associated with the user are listed.
For each device, it is possible to enable or disable the receipt of notifications by means of a dedicated button and, if necessary, to remove the device itself from the list.
Once the device list is created, it is stored and associated with the client.
This allows the list to be migrated from one mobile device to another giving the ability to synchronize the same notifications across different mobile devices.
It is also possible to register the same devices with different reference users and thus choose to receive differentiated and customized notifications for different individuals in the same winery (operator, winemaker, technician, etc.).

Once the configuration is done, notifications are sent to mobile devices bearing the machine ID, date/time, and event message regarding the notification.
Selecting the notification opens the dme1923 APP, by means of the “Cloud Access” portal you can quickly access the affected device and take action on the specific event as if you were standing in front of the machine.
(*) Registration to the Cloud is tied to the purchase of the optional “Remote connection via VPN” priced as a one-time purchase for each machine, and at present available limitedly for the Membrane Presses with E-Panel category.
(**) Registration of machines in “associated devices list” is done automatically, after entering a reference customer email in the same section. The sending of notifications must be activated and configured directly on the machine E-Panel in the dedicated Network Setup section.
