Instrument for fouling index definition – I.C. Lab 1000

I.C. Lab 1000 is an instrument for determining the fouling index of wines. The fouling index is a semi-empirical parameter for evaluating of the filtration aptitude of a liquid matrix such as wine, in order to predict the performance of a pre-bottling “final filtration” system in which said wine is to be fed.
