High-technology destemming and crushing equipment designed for processing whole cluster or mechnically harvested grapes. They are equipped with heavy gauge destemming cage constructed with special attention to the finishing details to protect the integrity of the fruit and minimize damages to the berries. The very durable beater shaft with paddle tips fully adjustable in length and orientation angle, this makes them very easy to customize to suit any processing requirements. The access from all sides of the machine is easy in order to facilitate maintenace and cleaning operations. There are outside grease fittings and integrated washing bars. The machines can be equipped with draining hopper to regulate the feeding of the grapes thus improving both the production capacity and the quality of the destemmed grapes.
New crushing unit called Open Grape is available with cylindrical rollers coated by food-grade rubber which increases pressing performances in white grape vinification and in red vinification it increases the polyphenolic property and color intensity.
