The recessed filter press, made up of a set of plates and filter cloths designed specifically to dehydrate liquid substances with high content of solids, are particularly suitable for oenological lees filtration.
The range also includes membrane direct flow filters for filtering still, sparkling wines and high-quality clear juices. No consumable filter media, the loss of product is reduced. Compared to cross flow filtration there is no recirculation or back-flushing of wines, the quality of the filtered product is better and the stress on the product is lesser, beyond smaller energy consumptions.
